Dear 6th Grade Families,

By now it shouldn’t come as a surprise to me when we have to turn on a dime, but I have to admit that it still does! Fortunately, this pivot brings good news.

After further examination of the most recent “stable groups” guidance from the LACDPH, our sixth graders will be able to return to school every week in the hybrid schedule that I shared with you last week. In other words, we no longer have to alternate weeks on and off campus. Instead, each group of sixth graders will attend Humanities in person, two days every week.

Beginning next week on Monday, March 8, 2021, ALL 6th grader(s) who selected in-person Hybrid model will attend school in person either on Monday and Tuesday (Wednesday schedules remain the same for everyone) or on Thursday and Friday. This weekly schedule will remain in effect until we are directed differently.

This Friday, March 5, 2021 you will receive your child’s schedule. Also, additional resources will be shared to help prepare for student return in the following days.  Attached is the first of more to come – the supply list

Thank you for your continued support!

Rose Ahrens

Dear 6th Grade Parents/Guardians,

Our sixth-grade students have the opportunity to return to in-person learning two days a week beginning March 8. Please see this presentation for more detailed information. Once viewed, please fill out the Intent to Return form here by Monday, March 1 at 8:00 AM.

We look forward to welcoming more students back to campus!
