School offices will be closed starting Monday, March 23 until further notice.

School offices are open today, March 17 until noon 3:00 PM, but we anticipate more limited access and a potential closing with our ever-changing environment. If there is an essential item you need on campus, please plan to come in as soon as possible.

 

Stay Informed and Be Calm.  Here are a few resources for you to help guide conversations with your child about COVID-19.

 

Classroom Information – Teachers will be communicating with students via Google Classroom and will be utilizing a variety of instructional technologies to support student learning.

 

Trimester 2 Grades on Aeries 3/18

Given the influx of changing demands, the grade inputting window for teachers was extended by two days. As a result, grades will be visible on Aeries, Wednesday, 3/18.

 

Extracurricular Activities have been cancelled. 

  • Pali - We are awaiting on further information on the possibility of rescheduling this trip. More information to come.
  • 7th Grade GATE Field Trip - We are awaiting on further information on the refund process.
  • Athletics – Spring season is currently on hold.

 

School Events

  • Scholar Quiz – This is under discussion as to its feasibility. More information to come.
  • Optional Spring GATE Testing – Possibility of rescheduling to be determined.
  • Honor Roll Breakfast – Cancelled
  • Principal School Tours – Cancelled during current school closure

 

Special Education

  • All IEPs cancelled for the week of March 16-20. 
  • Future IEPs will be held virtually via Zoom (web or app). 
  • Case Carriers will be reaching out to students to provide support. 
  • Learning Center teachers will be in contact with brief assignments.
